Steven Coryell:   Founder

Mr. Coryell’s experience includes serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, 15 years in law enforcement, five years in state agency drug enforcement, and over 20 years in security technologies specializing in GPS solutions and software. He has also been executive producer and strategist for the film industry. As the top executive he’s presently in charge of Operations, Management, Business Development, Strategic planning, Marketing, Relationship Management, and Deal Maker/Closer. He has over 30 years of extensive leadership and developing, building and operating various technologies and infrastructure projects. These include Logistics and related industrial complexes (public & private enterprises). He has financially closed numerous projects on a global basis (conventional & renewables), devised strategic, tactical and “outside-the-box” solutions and implemented operational programs leading to enhanced bottom-line profitability. He has played pivotal roles in strategic partnerships/M&A’s for enhanced corporate capitalization. He is surrounded by top notch executives and support personnel. Anthony Barnett:  President: Mr. Barnett has more than 20 years combined experience in senior/executive management, sales and business development, personnel supervision, training and motivational speaking, contract negotiations, budget and expense control, loss prevention, computer applications, information technology, networking systems and real estate. Mr. Barnett conducts business as an executive, sales and operating officer with professional expertise, successfully works with startup ventures while directing company growth along corporate structure. He coordinates daily operations and supervises an executive team, making adjustments’ that are necessary to ensure corporate integrity, total quality management, and optimum service while meeting productivity schedules, revenue goals and contract deadlines. He has established and maintains an extensive clientele base, by ensuring all personnel develop an excellent rapport with customers, and provide personal attention to meet their needs, offer post sale assistance, and assure their complete satisfaction. Introduces and implements innovative ideas concerning management techniques, employee incentive/training programs, product development, marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and customer service policies.  He will provide training and motivational programs for staff, management in basic product information, company policies, sales, service, and operating procedures, and other specific job duties, thereby generating highly skilled and enthusiastic employees.

Michael Yorba: Chief Executive Officer: For the past twelve years Michael has been integrally involved with the media industry in various capacities including building an IPTV Network, developing, producing and hosting daily one-hour talk shows entitled “Commodity Classics” and “The Traders Network.” These live, daily broadcasts on radio, TV and on the internet define what an audience-empowered, interactive financial program should look like and have been viewed and enjoyed internationally by IPTV enthusiasts in over 78 countries. Michael’s broad financial background includes previous positions associated with Corporate Finance, Commodity Futures and Securities Trading. Among the various licenses he held are: #4 Registered Options Principal, #7 General Securities Broker, #63 Ethics, #22 Direct Participation Programs, #3 Futures Broker, #30 Futures Branch Manager and #39 Direct Participation Principal. Another key focus during that portion of Michael’s professional life was on derivative portfolio analysis.

Dieter Nurnberger:  Chief Marketing Officer:  Business to Business (B2B), contract and terms negotiator for new and existing clients.  Business to consumer (B2C), design and build, contract and terms negotiations. Establish new markets, new territories, new products, and services, and new clients.  Mr. Nurnberger’s experience is in strategic planning and execution. He is knowledgeable of contracting, negotiating, and change management.  He is skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. He has experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. He has the ability to develop financial plans and manage resources as well as analyze and interpret financial data. He is Knowledgeable of public relations principles and practices as well as communication and public relation techniques. He has the ability to develop and deliver presentations and to identify and secure funding and revenue sources.

Wil Master:  Chief Operations Officer:  Wil is responsible for  new client acquisitions and investment strategies. His background includes, Entrepreneur and owner of a Business Advisory firm (M!NT WORLDWIDE), specializing in Film / TV / Digital Finance, Production and Distribution for 20 years initially trained on Wall Street AND since 2005 trained by the American Red Cross in Emergency Management, Business Continuity & Financial Preparedness, as well as an active Disaster Responder. FILM/TV AND FINANCE ACHIEVEMENTS include – Financed multiple Feature Films and TV series totaling over $40 Million – Produced and/or Executive Produced Feature Films & TV series seen on:  HBO, Discovery Channel, FOX, USA Networks – Licensed 1000+ hours of TV content and 100+ Feature Films in virtually every country worldwide – US distribution relationships tied to: NexFlix, Amazon, Lionsgate, Fox, Paramount, Universal, Sony, etc – Created and/or ran various Production & Distribution Companies and named: Head of Production, President of International Distribution and President – Managed over $20 Million in Investment Portfolios on Wall Street  (Smith Barney) – Successfully created wealth-building portfolios, as well as retirement & tax-free income lifestyles for clients/investors.

Bradford D. Smith:  – Chief Technology Officer: Also known as Jazzy, Bradford started his career in business and in information technology. At an early age he’s always had a passion for creating and working with talent. His zeal to help individuals be their best is the driving force that enables him to work so hard. Mr Smith is being mentored and coached by some of the industry’s most aggressive and talented thought leaders. Jazzy has merged his experience in technology with the experience he has gained in the entertainment world.

Sandhya Padala :  Director of Education:  Board of Directors and  in charge of all education strategies for MDN.  Sandhya has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and spent 15+ years as an IT professional doing everything from software architecture, design, development, deployment, web support, data systems, network operations, and systems security, to telecommunications software design and management.  Before starting Rex Programming, she was the Technology Design Director for a global SAP team with more than 300 employees and collaborators.  She is the mother to two children, one of whom has been begging to learn computer programming since he was eight years old.
